 Middle School Soccer 2011 Spring Season
PURPOSE The purpose of the Middle School Soccer Athletic Association shall be to prepare Middle School aged soccer players for the more competitive High School programs. To provide a playing environment by organizing Middle School soccer teams in the Montgomery County and surrounding areas. The Middle School Soccer Athletic Association shall be a subordinate structure to the Montgomery County Soccer Association (MCSA) These By-Laws are produced following structures that have been continually adjusted to meet the needs of this community since inception in 1998.
